    Oooh!! Evil Wind Power generators!

    Sounds like a planning issue.

    Hey Pickens,

    Is this a planning issue?

“We have accepted the ‘inevitability’ of a global economy, so it is reasonable and logical to have an efficient and effective global regulatory framework.” http://slimpickens.wordpress.com/

Who has accepted the inevitability of a global economy?
Do you believe that we should surrender our sovereignty to “World Government.”
If so, is this the ideals of a traitor to Australia?

Taluka – a bit OT don’t ya think?

    But…

“Who has accepted the inevitability of a global economy?”

I would suggest most of the protagonists on this site with their desire to maintain ever-growing consumption of fossil fuels. Besides, our economy is completely embedded in the global economy. To think otherwise is delusional.

“Do you believe that we should surrender our sovereignty to “World Government.””

Cooperative regulation of the global finance system hardly amounts to World Government

“If so, is this the ideals of a traitor to Australia?”

As explained, not so. Besides, having opinions about matters political is not traitorous, last time I looked.

Well, Slim, from one who is not quite so slim, Isn’t the whole AGW thing aimed at Global Govt?

I could pull out some references but I am sure you have seen them. If not, reply and I will throw some into the chat.

Finally – a use for expensive wind turbines – ice makers!
