There are two problems with this topic.
1) It’s the high temperatures causing the cosmic ray changes, not the other way around. More get through due to the change in the atmosphere due to the higher temperatures.
2) It’s the exact opposite claim to what more cosmic rays are supposed to do. They are supposed to create more clouds, and cool the earth.
