Carbon dioxide is not evenly distributed around the world. There is a lot more of it in the Northern Hemisphere especially lower in the atmosphere over areas of forested land. These areas are not hotter, quite the opposite. Indeed, the relationship between carbon dioxide and temperature is not at all straightforward.
And do you know why Northern Hemisphere forests seem to have measurably higher concentrations of carbon dioxide?
We are not told this. And we are not told that the Southern Hemisphere atmosphere has much less carbon dioxide; especially the further south you go.
Rather we are told simply stories with flat Earth physics as promoted by our King and also by the IPCC, and so many scientists who should know better than to be so equivocal and so fashionable. They should speak-up.
With the election of Donald Trump, I’m told by some that ‘climate change’ will become irrelevant, so there is no longer a need for them to speak-up.
Donald Trump will apparently pull out of the Paris Agreement and strip the phrases ‘climate change’, ‘clean energy’ and ‘environmental justice’ from every agency website.
But I know that the issue won’t go away.
Across the Atlantic in London, especially at Buckingham Palace, I’m sure they will resist. This is the biggest issue for the King of Australia, and he intends to make it his legacy while not realising his own forests have some of the highest levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide on Earth.
Meanwhile, a few of us will continue to work quietly towards the development of a new theory of climate. Because we know that climate change is a natural hazard, and that we need a more reliable framework to be able to forecast weather and also floods and the direction of cyclones.

Apparently CO2 cycles up and down with the northern hemisphere autumn and spring.
Also I heard on the science show but can’t corroborate that minute diatoms in the ocean fix more CO2 than the forests, from where it’s lost to the carbon cycle for rather a long time….

Jennifer, thank for spreading around your notice of this public mis-information and mal-education on the corrupt global warming/ climate change agenda.
All trace gases, CO2, CH4, N2O, etc are more soluble in cold water than warm water. When the water warms, the gases are emitted to air. When water cools the ratio of absorption versus emission increases. Absorption and emission occur continuously and simultaneously at all earth temperatures; gas molecules continuously bombard all surfaces. The ratio of emission versus absorption is a constant for any given temperature (known as an Arrhenius constant) and that ratio is different for each solute gas and solvent liquid combination, known as the Henry’s Law constant or partition ratio. This applies to water everywhere, dominantly ocean (our favorite subject) but also water and mixed liquids in plant tissue, lung and gill tissue, rain drops, soil, bubbles we SCUBA divers see rising from deep ocean to the surface, etc.
The concentration of CO2 in air today is the same as it would be if humans never existed. Adding or removing CO2 or any trace gas from the atmosphere is a perturbation to a natural, physical phase-state equilibrium (the Henry’s Law constant), and the equilibrium is restored in proportion to the perturbation.
The misinformation about the human contribution of CO2 (said to be primarily from fossil fuels such as Australia’s abundant coal resources.) The UN IPCC, WEF, World Bank, IMF, etc narrative is a farce worthy of a Shakespeare comedy. Observations reported by Lance Endersbee, Rolf Sander, Jamal Munshi, and many others are consistent with physical laws like Henry’s Law, Graham’s Law, Fick’s Law, the Law of Mass Action, Ideal Gas Law, etc and contradict the human-CO2-caused global warming narrative. We are witnesses to one of the largest frauds in history.

Bud Bromley, I see your preprint, “A conservative calculation of specific impulse for CO2”, what journal did you submit it to and has it been published?

The trees are (predominately)in the Northern Hemisphere – the Oceans, (especially the cold Polar ones,) predominately in the Southern Hemisphere.
‘According to Rankama and Sahama (Ref. No. 14) the oceans act as a sink for any build-up in carbon dioxide above a partial pressure (PP) in the atmosphere; that once the critical PP in the atmosphere is reached, the excess carbon dioxide is taken into solution by the oceans.
They note that the cold polar waters are capable of the greatest absorption of carbon dioxide. Apparently the equilibrium ratio of carbon dioxide in sea water to that in the atmosphere is 50:1.’ (Alex S. Gaddes, ‘Tomorrow’s Weather’ 30 years on…. p 55)
Not Constant
From the initial discovery of 14C (radio-carbon) in the ring-wood, it was the logical next step to make the further discovery, that the 14C component of the tree-rings under study, did not remain constant throughout a cross-section of the tree.
It is common knowledge that the basic element in the make-up of all life, as we know it, is carbon and this includes trees. There are five known carbon isotopes; the isotopes 10C and 11C are artificially radio-active, as also is 14C, but unlike 14C the isotopes of 10C and 11C have short half-lives.
The two remaining isotopes of Carbon, 12C and 13C are both stable, with 12C being the much more abundant of the two. It was first discovered in 1939 by Weir and Gulbransen, that there are changes in the 12C/13C ratios of terrestrial materials.
They found that 13C is concentrated in limestones, but plants display a distinct preference for the light isotope, 12C.
It has been discovered that 14C is constantly being formed in Nature. This process is believed to come about as a result of the bombardment of the Earth’s atmospheric carbon, by galactic cosmic rays that are able to penetrate the solar system to the Earth.

Yesterday being a very hot day, I took a frozen bottle of water and added some water to the space left in the bottle. While I watched, microscopic bubbles emerged from the water closest to the ice. This suggested that the effect was dissolved CO2 being released as the ice melted. I believe that the fact of water being a sink for CO2 is not widely understood yet it is a major player in the concentration of this essential gas.

Karen Klemp, thanks for reading and commenting. “A conservative calculation of specific impulse for CO2” has not been submitted to any journals. As far as I know, it only appears on my blog.
