Great news. Finally, some scientists with principles. Where were their colleagues in the medical research community when Peter Duesberg’s career was ruined for daring to claim HIV could not possibly cause AIDS?
I don’t care whether a person agrees or disagrees with a paradigm, there’s absolutely no excuse for taking away another person’s livelihood, or ruining his reputation, over a well-founded skeptical argument. Several state climatologists, including Patrick Michaels, have lost their jobs due to their skeptical stances. That witchhunt mentality is simply unacceptable.
