What a stupid topic.
But, but, but, AGW crusaders are pure and on a holy misison. they are immune to normal human failings. Explorig ways taht cynical or unethical might further exploit AGW inspred fear is a wicked, even criminal act. Those for whom the truth is settled are above reporach or investigation. Afterall, SJT, our leading wit of AGW orthodoxy, has said so.

When this fraudulent trillion dollar industry becomes a reality scum like gore etc will be up to their trotters in the trough and leftwing idiots like luke, sod and sjt will be taken in.
The problem is ignorant, well meaning fools will lose their money along with taxpayers who won’t benifit from normal spending that should be devoted to hospitals, schools, roadway infrastructure etc.
The logic is completely bizzare. Any class of business will have fraud as a part of it. You may as well shut down all business on the business that a percentage of it will have illegal activities taking part in it. We just had the recent case of Visy forming an illegal cartel to raise the prices of cardboard boxes in Australia. Would you then call for the packing industry to be shut down? There is fraud in real estate business, lets shut down the real estate business. There is fraud in the Medical Industry, lets shut down the whole Medical Industry.
Pathetic arguments such as this can only be classed as denialism.

Your ignorance expands with the passing of time – carbon trading isn’t a voluntary business but a totally contrived one invented by government to increase the tax take using fear to part us from our savings, and has the support of the corporate rent seekers, hiding the various blackmailers in the trade union movements.

The carbon market is a completely contrived one. In fact it really should not be called a market in the first place. Carbon trading was never initiated by the market but by greedy politicians and corporate rent seekers. Reduced to its essentials, is another means of extracting money from us under fear.
