This Arctic Buzzard, also known as a Rough-legged Buzzard (Buteo lagopus), was found with a broken wing but rehabilited successfully.
It’s a bird of prey with a diet consisting mostly of mice, lemmings and young rabbits. The breeding range is very northern, described as holarctic, and migrates southwards in the autumn.

Thanks for the appreciation DHMO !
This buzzard , which btw is called the Rough legged hawk in the North America , probably flew into a powerline.
Other dangers are trapping and flying into buildings/windows.

Webcam from Sweden , from a winter feeding place for predatory birds. If you are lucky you can see Sea Eagles and Golden eagles. Most suitable time to see those birds eating carcasses are in the dawn , about 4pm Aussie time.
When thre are much ravens , the possibiltity to see eagles are much bigger, since when the eagles see that the ravens dare to eat , they will also come….
