Methane Leak
Scientists have discovered the Arctic ocean seabed is leaking huge amounts of methane into the atmosphere.  The research published in the journal Science shows the permafrost under the East Siberian Arctic shelf, which was thought to be a barrier sealing methane, is perforated.  Read more here.     George and the Tas Special timbers people have done a great job on the web site. Importantly the Chain of custody means that customers and buyers of fine timber will have confidence that the Tassie timber is both legally and sustainably harvested.

    Its a very beautiful table. The Huoen pine has been set into the glass? What would a piece like that sell for?
